Meet Lis

Lis Silva is the founder and lead instructor of The Rooted Method, bringing over twenty years of personal practice in yoga, functional fitness, and mobility training. A RYT 200 - certified teacher, she blends traditional yoga principles with modern movement to build strong, resilient bodies that move well for life.

Lis approaches every session as a co-created experience - meeting clients exactly where they are and shaping the practice together. Through intentional, foundation-driven movement, she helps students focus on the mind-muscle connection, building awareness, alignment, and strength from the inside out. Her classes weave rhythm, precision, and grounded flow, creating a supportive space where students can move with clarity, confidence, and ease.
